Very simple restaurant at or in the riding arena. It is very simply furnished and at first glance not inviting. A bouquet of flowers or a doily on the table would make a difference. The friendly and fast service makes a guest feel welcome. There is a small selection of the usual dishes as well as a dish of the day and tarte flambée Food: Salad with roast beef: Salad plentiful and good, roast beef strips seared crispy and still very tender, well seasoned. Good! Schnitzel with sauce and side dishes: The schnitzel, a little too long in the pan, was hard and dry. Sauce convinience product, fries o. K, side salad with ready-made sauce o. K. Portions plentiful and prices reasonable. All in all without serious mistakes, but not a highlight either.

The dining room is nicely and comfortably furnished, the large oven in the middle of the room is the highlight during the cold season. From the tables you can look into the riding hall through large windows and watch the training with the horses. The focus of the menu is on delicious schnitzel, rump steak and fancy burgers. But the salads and changing daily meals are also very popular, How did we choose beef roulades with dumplings and red cabbage for the daily meal? The portion size was very good and the meat was very tender and delicious. The side salad was fresh with delicate dressing. We were very satisfied and can recommend the Reiterstübchen as an insider tip, In summer there is a beautiful beer garden with a view of the paddocks.
